Off to India!

Our 8 person team  headed for the airport and for a new opportunity to serve God in a foreign country.  To help the host missionaries, the Hines family, move their possessions from Russia to  India, a complicated system of shipping has been worked out.  20 or so bags were sent to Texas from Russia with the final short term team to there.  From Texas, the bags are being relayed a couple at a time as extra luggage with the Beasleys on their business trips.  Our India team took 10 bags with them as checked luggage.  This meant that they only had 6 bags for the luggage and ministry supplies for the team.  They had to get very creative in their packing and sacrifice their wardrobe to make it work.  Precise bag weighing allowed them to bring 799lbs of luggage without letting any of the 16 bags exceed 50lbs, which would incur an additional fee.  Check back for the prayer updates and details, which will be posted on the Outreach page.  Read their prayer letter here.
